Please complete and return the Warranty Card.

It is essential that you keep a copy of your sales receipt as proof of the purchase date of your loudspeakers. You should also store the carton and packing materials to protect the loudspeakers should you ever need to return them for service.

Terms and conditions

The Warranty on your REVOLVER loudspeakers is valid for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase.

This Warranty is valid only for the original owner named on the Warranty Card (or shown on the original sales invoice) and is not transferable.

If within 5 years from the date of purchase the loudspeakers prove to be defective through faulty manufacture, they will be repaired without charge for labour or parts. Liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of any defective parts and under no circumstances extends to consequential losses or damage.

This Warranty is only valid in the country of purchase.

The Warranty does not cover :

Parts which have failed due to misuse, accidental damage, modification or fair wear and tear.

Damage caused through incorrect installation, connection, or the use of faulty or unsuitable ancillary equipment.

Damage caused by unauthorised repair or modification, or the use of unauthorised parts.

Transportation, removal or installation costs arising from a claim under the Warranty. No responsibility is accepted for damage or loss occurring during transit to or from either party.

To make a claim under the Warranty, contact the dealer from whom the equipment was purchased and arrange to return it to them, to enable the problem to be assessed. Any product returned for inspection and/or repair should be carefully packed in the original carton(s). The dealer will make all necessary arrangements should the need for factory attention be confirmed.

Do not return product(s) without the prior agreement of an authorised REVOLVER agent or dealer.
